1. Return Policy

- Consumable products must be returned new, unopened and in their original packaging.

- The customer must provide the order number, the description of the items to be returned and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds
- After receipt and inspection of the returned items, 8Store will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
