How do I determine the model of my phone?

For Samsung users:

Go to 'Settings' and then select 'About phone' to find the name and model number of your Samsung device.

For iPhone users:

1. Open 'Settings' on your device.
   
   
2. At the top of the screen, click your name and Apple/iCloud profile picture.
   
   
3. Scroll down the list until you find your devices section.
   
   
4. Your iPhone will be listed first, showing the device name and model.
